Lawrence is a WSET Certified Educator and was consultant to various alcoholic beverage trading companies and restaurants with a strong focus in wine and sake. He has been passionate in wine after he studied WSET Level 2 in Wines & Spirits in 2012, he continued to study further and he is the holder of WSET Diploma in Wines & Spirits. Besides, Lawrence is also an avid sake enthusiast, he achieved WSET Level 3 in Sake and received Japanese Sommelier Association Sake Diploma International. For the past years, he has dedicated his time in teaching aiming to share his wine and sake knowledge through conducting workshops and WSET classes for different organizations.

Ivan is a seasoned educator with a refined pedagogical approach over 10 years. Before engaging in Beverage industry, he was a Paramedic Instructor of frontline paramedics. Now he is also a renowned coffee expert in judging and quality control, teaching SCA and CQI certificate-based courses.
With such instructional skills over a decade, he brings a globally recognized standard of tasting skills and understandings towards wine to every classroom. The expertise extends beyond the vine into the nuanced world of Japanese sake. This dual mastery, together with coffee expertise allows Ivan to offer students a unique, comprehensive perspective on the beverage industry. He is determined to translate this high-level technical competence into an engaging, professional learning experience, empowering the next generation of students to navigate the complexities of wine and sake with confidence and precision.
